A new ‘Hire Status’ indicator has been included to help better manage the hiring process. This indicator allows tagging of an individual being considered for a position when the selection is not yet finalised. Having additional options for an individual’s hire status helps facilitate closing the gap in the employee/position matching process.

When charts include employee photos, the file size tends to be very large. The photo optimisation options can reduce chart file size without diminishing image quality. This gives users the ability to email or share their chart files without delay.
